Either use the Autostick feature, or buy a handheld tuner to turn off the MDS completely.

If you are asking about turning off the MDS, what he said ^^^.

If you are just wanting to stop the word ECO from flashing up on the EVIC, it can be disabled in the EVIC settings controlled through the steering wheel controls

EVIC controls (steering wheel buttons) were part of the optional Electronic Convenience Group package on '09 - '10 R/T models.

This had extended menus and steering wheel buttons allowed access to change various settins. In the non-ECG versions, there's much more limited functions available.

You can pick up a used Predator U7135 for $100-$150. Use it to turn off MDS and a bunch of other things.

I turned mine off in my old 2010 R/T with a Diablo tuner, as mentioned above they are available fairly cheap used. It worked well for me and you can use the tuner for other things, like firming up your shift and picking up a few ponies.
