Trying to upload a single pic from a USB and it won't go. When I hit the ADD button and select USB I get a screen that says to wait while downloading. Nothing happens at all. The pic size is only 3.27kb. I have waited plenty long enough for it to download but nothing happens. USB stick will not flash at all at this point to give some kind of indication that its even working. Throw my hands up in the air. I also tried the center console, nothing. Nothing ever works like its suppose to.

It helps to have 1 mp3 file on the thumb drive along with the image file. For some reason that helps software to recognize the image.

Thanks Triz, I saw that post and did everything he did and still nothing. I even took my pad out to the garage with me to have the steps right in front of me. Unfortunately, still nothing. Its like it just freezes up at the download step and the radio will not respond from that point. I know it's a good stick because I keep checking it on my PC. True head scratcher. I appreciate the post, will keep trying.

Can you see the image files to download? Sometimes if there's too much stuff on the thumb drive it causes issues when downloading. I had to get a clean drive, put one mp3 file on the top level (I.e. not in a subfolder) before it would work.

That is a great question.........NO, I cannot see the image I want to download. (I only have one on the thumb drive, nothing else on it). So that seems to be the starting point for trouble shooting. I downloaded this pic from the forum where all the mpeg's are for the radios in the audio section.

The funny thing is when I get to that point, it seems to me the lite on the USB stick should lite up as its being searched, but it does not. It just seems dead at this spot in the process.
