What are our options for catch can install location ? It looks like the location by the engine cover (by removing the wiring harness) is one option. But my only concern (maybe unfounded / paranoid) is oil can drip or spill into the alternator if you're not careful.





I also noticed 3 unused brackets to the left of the fuse box. Any idea what these are, and are they usable for the catch can mount?

The first location is where I installed the catch can on this vehicle:





The second location is where I previously installed a catch can on my Charger:



I think if you put down a cloth (obviously make sure it's a cool engine) and remove the base it should be fine. I would be tempted to drain it from there but it's a tight fit for meaty hands. :laugh2:

I just installed mine. For the fender mount that is where the instructions say to mount.

Hose definately needs shortened.

I just wanted to get it installed. I saw the post and thought I'd snap some pics. Does that 90 degree elbow twist?

This is how I did mine..
I don't have even 100 miles, but its good to check every 1000 mi..
