omg bro, please do not remove your cats! I started a huge controversy thread about this. but I did it yesterday. I am running two flowmaster 40's and resonator delete. I wanted louder so I took out the cats yesterday, lets just say I am putting them back in TODAY. it sounds absolutely horrible, like a lawnmower or dead animal. its embarresing!! get high flow cats, those are awesome and great for performance. but not not I say do not remove those cats and straight pipe it lol

Has anyone put in high flows or removed cats completely? Any gains? Benefits? Thoughts?

A stock motor with bolt ons may gain 1-3hp with high flows or no cats at all. You will gain much more by installing short tube headers like the OEM SRT headers with SRT OEM catted mids.....EDIT:..Just noticed the is the 6 cyl section..I was referring to an RT but still, little gained for a stock 6 cyl..
