My wife and I are pondering putting a Cervini's shaker on our '16 392. Has anyone fit this with the HC air box mod? Any issues?

I want to start by saying I love my shaker it looks amazing.

The Shaker has it's own ram air box, in order for everything to fit and seal correctly you will need to remove the upper and lower airbox and use theirs. The performance of the Cervinis system is good the intake temps are on average 7 - 12 degrees above outside air temps when doing pulls.

The issue lies if you are running the car at the strip and spend time in the staging lines. The Cervinis shaker is a bit slower in dealing with heat soak. Where my hellcat airbox took just a few seconds at WOT to get the intake temp down the Cervinis takes about twice as much.

I picked up the Shaker CAI https://www.stevewhiteparts.com/oem-parts/mopar-cold-air-intake-77072385 I plan on installing this over the next few weeks to see if it improves the cooling

I think this is the perfect solution so I can keep that beautiful Billet Ram Air Grill and deal with the heat soak quickly.
