Took my daughter for a ride in the new Hellcat RE and afterwards, over dinner, she mentioned that the car itself was art. I asked why and she said, "All the upgrades that make it more than practical transportation from point A to point B - people who want to own these cars appreciate the engineering and cost difference as art. Any value they hold beyond mere transportation over time is a reflection of the artistic worth of the car. Art is in the eye of the beholder."
I think she has a point, and it's hard to argue with her comparison to art unless you really do race the car. I enjoy seeing how owners spice up the looks of their Challengers.
