Well Duh!!!! The chances are one in a qazillion I'm sure but they could possibly sell the grand prizes with the first few tickets sold and that wouldn't cause them to pull the remaining millions of tickets from stores!

No, not DUH. The average guy standing in line sees the ticket and thinks he has a shot at it so he buys one.
They may not pull the remaining ones but they can have a notification that the grand prize is no longer obtainable.

Every time I walk in a store when I visit my girlfriend in NEPA I smile a little when I see these ads. It feels pretty cool going back to the parking lot. lol
