Does anyone know how to change the color of the background of the gauges(ie. speedometer, oil, fuel and temp)? Can you change out the bulbs or use a colored sleeve over them? I have an SE 2010 and would like to go with green for the gauges, as detailed instructions as possible please. Thanks in advance, you guys have always come through in the past:scratchhead:

If you want to just change the color the lights up you can take a lighting gel sheet between the gauge light sheet and the overlay. I did mine in red.

Black overlay from US Speedo

With red gel sheet added

Sorry for the poor pics.

Pics

Here are the Pics, the camera really doesn't do it justice. It lightens it when it takes the photo for some reason. The end result is an awesome dark Avacado green, reminds me a little of the old 70's era dash lights, but with a more Green Lantern vibe. It matches the green Halo's in the foglights perfectly, I highly recommend this mod. Follow the link in this thread and follow Govals' directions and you won't have any trouble. Recalibration is a PITA, and my speedo might be off by 2-3 Mph, but I love the way this looks. The gel color I used was "Cactus Juice" green, and I actually doubled up on the gel to intensify the color. This forum and its members are the best and most informed group out there! See ya for the next Mod, Thanks again everybody!:grim:
