I joked about this years ago, when I first got my 2010 Camaro SS and was researching CAI Units, but read now that the Dodge Demon Engineers actually did this. (I wonder if a Demon Engineer was lurking on Camaro5.com...?)

Siphon off A/C and feed it to the Air Box for True Cold Air Intake

My suggestion was to cut the A/C cabin feed hose, install a 'T' fitting and route the branch line to a hose barb that is on the Camaro's Stock Air Box - Turn on the A/C and PRESTO! Instant Cold Air Intake

I wonder if any gains are to be had by doing something similar for the Hellcat.

I wonder if the AC will drip on the ground when you are at the race track? most places have rules about dripping water on the drag strip...

The volume of air that would be needed to supply the engine is to great for the A/C System. You maybe getting somethings mixed up. What the Demon has is essentially a Killer Chiller. And what this is basically is A/C Cold lines that runs through the air to water cooler to chill the water down.
