My rear drive shaft coupler has developed cracks in the narrow portions between bolt pairs. I'm at just over 43.5K miles and more than a few runs at the track. The front coupler looked ok.

I'd recommend inspecting them, especially if you hit the track.

are those pinkish bolts loose?? doesnt look like there is any contact from the washers on the couplers at all. also in the last pic beside the blue bolt loos chaffing from the two couplers rubbing. are these suposed to be tight with no movement when assembled? ( excuse my ignorance, i drove my car home and its sits under cover and surrounded by snow :( i didn't even know they had independent rear ends untill a week ago)

They always make little cracks over time, it isn't usually an issue until they start to get wonky, the ones in the picture look fine for many more miles to come
