Does anyone here have any experience with this part?

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/cee-3161

I have a 13' auto with a 4" one-piece aluminum DSS driveshaft and just want to see if anyone has experience with this product in that, or any application. Its the ONLY safety loop I can find with the potential to clear a 4" driveshaft on an auto of this year (the company responded to a question on summit saying it "should clear" but I would like a little more reassurance than that).

Any other brand that makes a safety loop for this application?

Thanks

I just put one on my 2014 Challenger Auto and the 4" DSS driveline and had plenty of clearance. You must use the stock transmission mount with it. I did need to space the back of the transmission down 1/2" for the DS.

By stock trans mount, are you implying the crossmember? I have a petty's one so are you saying that won't work? Or do you just mean stock mount as in the rubber spacer the stock mount uses? May just give it a try anyway and if I need to do some welding and cutting so be it, closest thing I can find.
