I'm having same issues & now radio is switching to sxm on its own. Assuming the bubble line on SXM is doing it. Suggestions & help you can provide?

I just noted a small bubble in the upper left hand corner of my 8.4 touchscreen yesterday while cleaning the interior. If it gets worse, I am hoping that I can find a local stereo shop that will replace the screen. I am a bit hesitant to leave my car at the dealer who would recommend replacement with a reconditioned unit for an exorbitant price. My Challenger is a 2018 Scat Pack. So far, the radio is okay and I hope it doesn't get worse.
~$325 on eBay for replacement digitizer and screen. Dodge cares was of no help

hey @DodgeCares !

I have been having a ghost in the touch screen of my 2018 Dodge Durango. Slowly over the past 6-9 months a air bubble has appeared in the upper left part of the screen and started delaminating from itself. It has continued to spread and reached the point that it changes the station, the time, and any other button it decides to press.
I am concerned this delaminating defect will continue and ruin the controls at the bottom of the screen.

Please help!

@DodgeCares , we have a 2018 challenger GT that the Uconnect screen has delaminated from the top right corner and it gets to where nothing works on the touchscreen. A reboot of the radios will temporarily restore function but only for a day or two at a time before nothing works again. Thanks

I wonder when a "Class action lawsuit" will be filed for developing the biggest POS entertainment system in the history of the world sold in $100k cars smfh.

Nice!!!!!!!! I didnt buy new so im not eligible but im sure many others are.....

The Miller Law Firm is the class action attorneys for U-Connect issues. Their phone # is: (248) 843-0775. I am not sure what the current status is & how one would join the class action.

I don't believe current class actions are for Delamination, but rather other issues those unit have. This site just says they don't need additional info from owners...not if they will actually open a lawsuit
