Delaminating Uconnect Screen thread
I have some bubbles forming at the top of my 8.4 screen, like a separation or something. My car is a 2017 less than 2 years old. Has anybody else had this? Should I expect a new screen installed as a warranty replacement? I've never had a dealer repair on this car and wonder what to expect...

Welcome from Kentucky. Sorry to hear about your problem. Seems to be an issue on 2017 - 2018 Challengers. Long thread you can read.
Had the same thing happen on my 2018 RT just a few weeks ago. A very common problem across all Chrysler products. Seems the adhesive starts to break down between the digitizer screen and the screen protector which causes the delam usually right outside of warranty. It is quite easy to replace yourself. I found a brand new screen assembly on Ebay. Part number is LA084X01 SL01, SL02 or SL03. Made by LG. They are all interchangeable. My original PN was an SL01 but I replaced it with the SL02. There are quite a few Youtube videos on how to do it. Follow the link that Moparrebel provided and you will get tons of info.

Hello I have a 2017 dodge challenger sxt plus and the uconnect 8.4 inch screen is delaminating and ghost touching so bad that I have to leave it off. Please help.

Ditto did the same for my Ram. Way cheaper than replacing whole unit. Only took about 30-45 minutes to swap screens.
There’s a You Tube video purporting a fix. Don’t bother. The first dealer I went to was totally useless. Wasted weeks of time. Dealer #2 was great. First, he told me to forget Dodge. Then he gave me the name of a local company who fixed it in 20 minutes. Of course it wasn’t cheap, $1,000.00.

..... Oh wow😳, wonder if Jeep is taking care of the delamination on their 18s, as well (same exact radio/navigation)? Does anyone know how I would get in contact with them, concerning that?

..... I'm not sure if it's outta warranty or not. I have the extended warranty that hasn't expired (mileage or miles) but, not sure what it covers. 🤔 Thanks!!!
Don't waste time, be aggressive and go to your dealer asap. Should have gone the first time, it won't get better.
They won't want to fix it. If they do under warranty Dodge may bot reimburse them. That means they're out fifteen hundred bucks. Keep trying, dealership, Dodgecares and Uconnect.
