... an air blower for drying? I like to wash my cars myself, but don't want to use towels to dry. Was thinking about buying a leaf blower.

Yes, they do have a blower. It's one of those places that you drive thru and at the end, it blows most of the water off and then you pull up to a spot to vacuum. It just opened up last week. It's called Bellagio car wash and it's $5.00. I heard that Arizona is where this type of system started.

I use a leaf blower on my cars.

Did a little googling and if you really want to get serious, google MetroVac Master Blaster. That thing looks pretty cool.
