I recently loaded a custom tune using inTune, and it seems to me that the exhaust (Solo Performance) is louder and has more resonance. Has anyone else experienced this?

If so, is there a way I cannot use the custom tune, and use the inTune to accommodate my 180 t-stat and reduce the torque management only?

My exhaust sounded better also.
A custom tune will have the lower fan set points and less torque management.
You can also reload a 91 or 93 tune and you will have the TM (not as much as a custom tune) and 180 fan settings that are part of those tunes.

Question about the 180 fan settings. I am receiving my Diablo today and if I dont have the 180 degree T-stat will it matter? I plan on running the 93 cai tune that diablo has already.

This has been done many times with no issues. If you search the 180 t-stat threads you will find the stock temp setting posted it you want to run the stock settings. The tune will lower the fan turn on temps around 20 degrees.
