Recently bought my wife a 2017 Challenger gt and she likes the drake black fuel doors. The sites I have found them on say they fit 2008-15. Is there a reason why they wouldnt fit a 17? I thought 15+ body is the same?
Thanks in advance for any input.

All the same, they obviously haven't updated their site...not uncommon

I’ve had one for years. The black paint faded off the door, down to the metal, but I kind of like the look so have never touched it back up.

Hmmmm,

That might be close to the copper caliper paint I got from Summit Racing...

Do you think that's actually the metal surface itself?

I've been trying to find a way to have one stripped down and black chromed to match my new wheels but this might be another way to go.

Can’t say. The black paint just went to that finish and stayed there.

These guys used to sell the All Satin fuel door by Drake. Why All Satin? Because anything anodized fades in the sun.

I swear I must be the only one that likes the stock fuel door. Yes I know there's no other chrome on the car and it stands out, but I like it. It's like an accent piece, breaks up the monotony of the huge panels on the car.
