Dream #1: Was when I first saw pictures of the concept car. I thought, "Man! If they make it. . . And if they don't screw it up in the production run. . ."

Dream #1. . . Reality!

Dream #2: I am 53, and have always been a budget concious guy. Never, would I ever consider spending 40 grand on a daily driver for myself. But the kids are grown and gone, and their college is all paid for. The budget would allow it, and my fantastic wife said, "You've lived your life right, spent our money wisely, and have always been a car guy. Go get it!"

Dream #2. . . In the garage!

Dream #3: I've always wanted a supercharged car. And, for me, the car could use some more power on the bottom end. After two years of saving for it, the supercharger is on the way!

Kenne Bell 2.8 Liquid Cooled, Polished, 8 PSI. Ordered from Spankintime Motorsports with Adam's tune. I will install it in my garage.

Dream #3. . . In the works!

Thanks everyone. It's been a long time comin'.

I've read every KB thread written in the past two years. If anyone has any installation tips that are different from the KB instructions, or help explain something: Please let me know. Links would be fantastic. It seems there was at least one. . . An installer ran the boost-a-pump wires inside the car instead of outside.(?) Things like that.

Congrats pics when installing and done. :)

PS is there a reason you went with the 2.8 over the 3.6 or 4.2?

And you are using the S type I take it and how much boost?
The S Type is the smallest in the 2.8 KB lineup and makes great power. It was first thought to only make good power up to 14lbs until [email protected] pushed mine to 18lbs before belt slip and it was still making power. Adam ships out more of the H Type from what I've seen. The 3.6 is too much blower for a stock motor, it's designed more for high HP builds. I can't see Jim Bell releasing the 4.2 when the 3.6 has yet to be maxed out.

Thanks everyone. It's been a long time comin'.

It was supposed to be here today. But it looks like Santa and his big brown sleigh had a weather delay in Kansas yesterday; so, no Christmas present under my tree today. Which really sucks because with Monday being a holiday, means it won't be here until Tuesday.

Man that sucks!!! You'll have her inhand soon. I had to wait an extra day to pick up my 3.6LC from KENNE BELL because of the last holiday. It now sits on the family room floor waiting for the new Bulllet lol

What exactly is the difference between the "S" and "H" type and how do you tell which one it is?

The difference from the S and H is the size of the rotor opening at the bottom of the blower. The S (smaller one) has a larger opening for the rotors which allows smoother transition into boost for street driving and still makes crazy HP. The H has a smaller opening but you would have to put them side by side to see the difference. I have pics of the opening on the S and H but can't remember the photobucket folder, I'll post up after I hunt them down. Below is a pic of my 3.6KB rotor opening:thumbsup:

The 3.6 has yet to even be tested properly at any race track that i'm aware of.
I've been waiting since it came out to even see one go down the track.
Rubbles made it to the 330' mark in Orlando, it has since made some full track passes but I have'nt personally seen it.
Nobody has even maxed out the 2.8 yet, mine is in the 9's at 14psi and a 125 N2Oshot, it has seen 17psi with the 6rib but sliped like crazy when the juice hit it.
I'm getting ready to jack it up, next year I will max the Bell out and probally blow a hole in the block doing it.
I need a roll bar and a rear then I will see if the block can handle 20psi and a 250 N2O shot.

Soon as the bar and rear are in Josh can start building the back up engine.
