Hey there,
My dealer replaced a faulty blend door actuator around three weeks ago and today I finally got a chance to give my car a good clean, vacuum and I find a screw on the edge of the driver's side floor mat. This leads me to believe the technician at the dealership didn't replace a screw on the blend door or on one of the panel/trims but hope he replaced the screw he lost before putting everything back together. Before I go on the hunt and find out where it belongs does anyone know where the location of the driver's side actuator is located and how to access it? What panels/trim pieces need to be removed? Attached is a picture of the screw.

Thanks for the input.

Looks like a screw that holds the dash trim in place. Look up over the area where you found it, the head should face down and the hole should be visible. It may not have been tightened and just fell out.
