There are noises coming from the engine compartment after running a short while, kinda sounds like an air leak. Anyone know what it is? Also I have noticed that after turning off the car, there are several valves or solenoids moving ~ 1 minute after everything is off... What is going on after the car sits idle for awhile?

You need to be a bit better in describing the first sound. The solenoid you hear are things like the blend door in the HVAC system closing and going back to its resting position. I hear that in all of my other cars and trucks.
Just go out there and enjoy your car.

Do you have a catch can? Evap leak? I know there is a purge valve test that happens if abnormal reading, if no CEL, no worries for now. A Guy

The hissing could be the A/C residual freon pressure in the system bleeding down. You worry too much - just drive and enjoy unless you get a code or find something actually leaking out.
