I have a 2009 rt 5.7 challenger and I originally deleted the resonators and added flowmaster 10s but the noise/drone was unbearable so I went back and added after market resonators that were much smaller than stock and now it sounds good with just some drone. It’s the way to go in my opinion with a 5.7 which has mds which goes to 4 cal from 8

Welcome to CT. If you search the forum you will she quite a few folks have learned deleting the resonators results in significant drone which is why some opt to delete the mid mufflers instead. Another option in dealing with drone if the OEM resonators are removed is to add j-pipes like the Solo systems use.
