I ordered a set of Half Covers for my engine so I will no longer need this painted engine cover. I painted this myself, the finish is good (5 coats with a sand between each one) There is one spot on the right edge where the tape pulled a little paint when I was removing it, but none of my buddies have noticed it while they were admiring it.

It costs more than $25 to ship these things. If someone shipped one to you for $25 they lost money. I'd rather let it sit in the garage than lose money.
