How many people with 95k cash wants to buy a challenger...

No banks will finance 30k over MSRP
And there's the rub. It is only about a 3 month window when they can have this cash grab. By April sticker price will be the norm I think.

Cdn orders are being picked randomly, so we may get one or may not.
There are also more orders than can be produced for Canada, so some will not get a car
Keep your fingers crossed and hope your number is picked

All true. :werd::crying:

I'm at peace with it now. Took awhile. At least we have a chance where it appears American orders at smaller dealers are pretty much hopeless. :frown:

At least if I don't win the Hellcat Lottery in Canada I get back the price of my Ticket. :grin2:

Honestly, after all of the ups/down, I am at peace as well. And at this point, could really care less if I get one at all.
My enthusiasm is much less than it was 6 months ago
Come March, if no VIN, I'll get my $$ back and move to a C7Z51

This was confirmed at a recent regional dealers meeting. I understand why they are doing "Random". It just might have been much better PR to let dealers and their customers know this a few months ago.

Glad I didn't have to go through all the drama you good folks did...I just went to the dealership in Duncan Saturday morning and bought the TorRed one off the showroom floor. 1st one sold in BC....

O, it's a freeking monster in case anyone is wondering

I also live 20 minutes from where they are made. Have spoken to many dealers, some I've dealt with in the past. It's funny, they are frustrated and less optimistic about delivery date today then they were several months ago. I decided to buy a 392 Hemi and will have it in 6 weeks. More than enough for my needs and $20m less.

Just saw 9 Hellcat Challengers on a transport heading west on the 401 around London Ontario, Sublime, White, Silver and Black cars among them, it was dark out and I was driving so couldn't take a pic.

Rumour (from a good source) has it that if you order a Hellcat Charger today you will get it in 8 weeks
I'll put that theory to the test. I ordered on Jan 19th. So we'll see how accurate that is.

Dealer thought "IF" the order was picked up in the February allocation announcement (March builds), there was a slight chance I might see it by May.
