Wow sorry to hear the markup issue in Canada. I guess I'm lucky I paid MRSP.

Congrats, as well, Toddsmith!

Mine is a Placed Order Confirmation and I have my VON number as well.

Car is listed as Priority 1 for build. Order banks opened in Canada on July 23th.

My confirmation went through on July 25th.
What was your Priority build # before you got a POC? I have my VON # but it is Priority build 99 and Scheduling build 4, does anyone know what these numbers mean?

We got our Priced Order Confirmation almost instantly. The next morning, I believe. ordered on July 25th.

I'm not knowledgeable on the various codes. You dealership should be able to explain them to you.

I ordered on the 23rd, went dealer signed order at MSRP, Dodge wanted a copy of the order with my info sent in, so they knew it was a legitimate sold car, which was done.
I ordered red with Sepia and sunroof ( supposed late delivery.... I find out now! )
I never received a VON and dealer has no update.
I can only assume this is because of the late delivery items, and it will be scheduled later
To top it off I sold my 2009, and no have no wheels and don't know when I will.
I have also put down a substantial deposit
I am told to be patient , it will happen :(

Just called Chrysler and they informed me that Canadians can't use the online tracking system? I'm getting a little peeved at my first Dodge experience.
VOTS has never been available for Canadians, it is unreliable anyways so no big loss. What I did is email the sales manager directly whenever I felt like having an update. He answered within a few hours with a tracking update. Their system is reliable to the minute while VOTS could be days before it updates.

Ordered my HC from a dealership in Montreal on August 13th. Have been provided a VON but as of today, no change in the status. Was never given information on priority or schedule # and not sure what this would tell me.

Plan on checking back in two weeks. Dealership mentioned they expect it on the November production run which makes me think they were not chosen for the 1st allocation?

There was a report on how Dodge plans on allocating the cars to prevent dealers from gouging.

Sublime Hellcat

Driving down the QEW in Burlington towards Oakville today, truck full of Challengers going to Windsor.... one caught my eye it was a sublime Hellcat. Somebody is gonna be a happy camper !!!

Has anyone actually been provided with a VIN for their order?

It's a real shame that we can't use the Chrysler VOTS system to track the status of our orders because it is a US centric system and there is nothing like it available for Chrysler Canada customers.

I called Customer Service with my Vehicle Order Number to ask if they can tell me the status and they stated they do not have access to the DealerCONNECT system and the only way is to call the dealership directly so they can look it up in the system.

Problem is they are busy selling cars and don't always have time to address calls by inquiring customers on the status of their order.

Wish there was a more customer friendly process that doesn't entail calling the sales person just to look it up in the system. Something that mirrors what Chrysler US customers experience with VOTS.

My order was in BX status then got bumped down to BE status cause I had ordered laguna leather. Would status changed because of late availability on the laguna leather?
