So today after getting my 2016 SRT Challenger washed, I decided to clay bar the car. I have been wanting to try this for a while, but was skeptical whether it would make a difference. To anyone on the fence like I was, DO IT! I used Mothers California Gold, and this stuff worked great.

I thought the paint on my car was in great shape, but after using the clay bar it seemed to really give the B5 blue a boost, the color of the paint looks deeper and richer than it did beforehand. It's shining like a mirror now and just looks more vibrant.

Tomorrow I plan a good waxing on top of it and it should really pop! Never expected it to look this much better!

Recommend using a good sealant after you do that. When I clayed my 5 series (only did it once) I used Klasse then sealed with Diamond Coat... Did that over a year ago and my paint still looks great. With the exception of where i had some dickhead scratch my car by leaning up against with jeans or some BS.
