Front wheel spacers

I know this is an old topic. I have researched and benefitted from the spare tire info. I have the whole set up of the 18 inch Mopar donut spare tire and jack. But No where can I find what size spacer I need to clear the front wheel 4 piston caliper.
Thanks in advance for your help.

That's correct. The temporary spare tire MUST be used ONLY on a rear wheel. If a front wheel tire gets punctured, replace the wheel with a rear wheel and install the temporary spare tire in place of the removed rear wheel.

I don't like spacers either. I know there's a concern over the limited slip but for temporary use neither Dodge or Modern Spare has an issue with it.

Here's the sticker on the Dodge spare telling you the spare is not for front use on a Brembo car.
