If you were doing the following upgrades to your 2009 srt 6 speed:

Vortech
Heads and Cam
Kook Headers
Corsa Exhaust

What would you do to the fuel system?

Boost a Pump
Crossover on fuel rail
Fuel Hat
Other options

I need the best advice as to what is the safest.

Arrington has a drop in Fuel Hat that I would do first. Then according to your power levels take the next steps like injectors.

Upgrade your rear halfshafts!I know you asked about fuel, but with the mods listed, I would definitely have some insurance, not fun getting towed home!

If you're running on a stock block then you're not going to be running enough boost to warrant the fuel hat upgrade. A boost-a-pump would suffice for now (it does shorten the lifespan of the pump tho).

The front crossover is not much of an upgrade, in fact on the 12 lbs kits from Arrington (vs the 6lbs) the front crossover is removed (interferes with the blower unit due to taller injectors)

unless of course your boost a pump fails three times in 4000 miles and strands you, then regardless of boost you will wish you had built a little bit better

dude, the guy asked for the SAFEST solution. You are saying boost a pump? Thats like having sex with a hole in the condom. I am trying to help the guy out telling him to upgrade his fuel system correctly, and you are saying a voltage booster for a fuel pump is safer then a twin pump setup?

I am being a **** because you are implying my BAP issue is my fault. I am not the only one to have a BAP issue. Do you work for Kenne Bell or something?

Somehow tons of people are running BAP's without much issues let alone going through 3 of them, I was simply implying that instead of replacing the BAP 3 times, perhaps more time should have been spent trying to figure out the cause of the BAP failure to begin with.

BAP is not a kenne bell specific product by the way, MSD has made fuel pump boosters for years, try again.
