I haven’t started looking yet but I figured it might actually be faster to ask all you geniuses... anyone know of a fuse (under steering wheel, not engine bay) that has constant power, even with engine off? Thanks.

One of the 12v power ports should be hot all the time, but you may have reposition that port’s fuse (rear PDC) to make it hot all the time as opposed to only when key on. Tapping that 12v accessory port’s hot wire for your power would work, but you are limited by that port’s fuse, so if you require more than 15A, you want to run your own fused line back to the PDC.

There is a constant 12V (actually switchable at the rear fuse box) in the center console that is easy to get to that I know of. It's for the cig lighter which I like to use because it has a faily high amperage fuse and the power is not used on any dedicated systems so no issues with adding loads.

This PDF gives more details on the connectors in the center console.
