I have a 2012 challenger sxt. When I start the car it will shift out of park fine. But if I shift back to park and take my foot off the brake, then reapply brake, it will not come out of park. There is no engine light or any other indication illuminated as well as no fault codes. I have to turn off and restart the engine to get it out of park. Any suggestions or diagnostics would be appreciated.

Welcome to Challengertalk ;) Just a thought...since the brake needs to be pressed to shift out of park, have someone confirm you have brake lights when this occurs (or do it at night backed up against something to see if brake lights light)
