A few reasons:
1. Retarded price
2. Pre-approved bidders only
3. Only 2 pictures (appears to be public parking lot)
4. Seller has (0) feedback
5. Found here for $41,800 2008 Dodge Challenger at New Philadelphia OH 44663

Adding to the majority... I say scam for the same reasons previously posted. The "contact me directly" is a huge indicator and the cross-posted pictures seals the deal for me.
