I'll start:

I placed my order with Bob Frederick on January 12th within minutes of the ordering window opening. My GWE SRT-8 6-speed will be equipped with black stripes, Option Group II, painted SRT rims (standard GWE package rims) and F1's. I'm hoping for a late March arrival.:bigthumb: (OK, so I was obviously delusional on that expectation). Late May anyone???

Well, I can see it didn't take you long to take RoomRaider's suggestion and run with it! Hahaha

I am sure you and most others will take delivery way before me and I don't hold any illusions I'll get mine "first". I put down a deposit and ordered my car on 2/8.

I ordered every option but the appearance group and left it with the black stripes on. Also choose the WPA wheels which are the same as the IE cars. And of course I got the 6-speed!

I don't expect to see it before April, but I can hope, right?:bigthumb:

Yes, I have a VIN and I am in D status. Doesn't mean as much until it goes D1, which is probably another week away. Then I'll be able to track it.

I'm just curious, once you hit D1, how long does it take before the car is acutally arriving at the dealership? I was told that the car is usually built in 24 hours but it's the quality service guy's and shipping that takes the longest.
I didnt order a GWE, I have a auto Redline 3 SRT coming without stripes and fully loaded. I hit D1 on the 9th.

24 hours to build, 3 weeks at stripes, 4 weeks sitting until KZ, 2 more weeks still sitting, 5 days on a train (to travel the biggest out of the way loop possible to get to the destination)....and thats where i sit currently...mine was built before Christmas 2010 and its not here yet (2-16-11)

Congratulations to all of you who ordered a GWE! Dodge really got the name right for this color as everyone will be "Green With Envy" watching you cruise by in your new hot rod. Love this shade of green.

went D last week too. Black stripes, WPA rims, manual trans, tire upgrade. no nav, sunroof, or kicker (like the bostons better)

just talked to Bob and i'm leaving the stripes on, at least for now. said they'll pull off easy (was worried about issues with the spoiler). if i keep the stock hood, i'll keep the stripes...but if i switch to t/a or shaker they'll have to come off

Finallized my order today, GWE, auto, upgraded tires, stripe delete.:bigthumb: Nothing else. Dealer said he has a couple SRT's on order. They have one in the showroom now Toxic Orange, it sat for 4 weeks waiting on stripes.

Hey guys, thought I had better join this thread. Today I cancelled my DWB IE order (placed it Oct.1) and re-ordered a GWE car! I'm so excited. The IE is a really cool car but I have been wanting the green. For the past 3 weeks I have been feeling sick that I didn't get green. Well now I have it and I'm stoked!!!

I got it with 6-speed, Perf Tires, 730N Media Group, SRT Option Group II, and the Interior Appearance Package.

This should look awesome next to my Roadrunner.:thumbsup:
