has anyone traded a 2010 for a 2011?

Tossed around the idea for a brief moment.
Kind of wish that I had the sunroof, better rims and leather heated seats.

But really pleased with the price and payment of my 2010 R/T 28F.
Very affordable.

I figure you can add leather seats, and 20 inch rims.
But the thought of an afermarket sunroof scares me. (added one to a late 80's Toyota 4x4 truck, and it leaked)

You have 18" rims on your car?

You want the 20" rims off my 2010 R/T?

Shoot me a PM if you wanna trade.
Guess I'm lucky getting everything I wanted on my '10 Classic. I'm not a "trader", so I made sure I got what I wanted with options and color.

I just hate "peeing" money away trading almost new for new. I plan on keeping mine a long, long, time.
I think you'll find that while the differences in the 11's and 10's are nice, they'e not worth the beating you will take trading in a 1 year old car.

Oh, I have no doubt the dealership will make it "affordable" for you. They are very good at doing that and getting you so far upside down (over a period of time) that one day you will find yourself in a hole that only a severly austere budget or bankruptcy will solve.
i drove my FF 10 R/T Classic over to look at and maybe trade for a Redline '11 R/T Classic. same basic car but a color change and super track pack and nav radio.
but as soon as i sat in it, i immediately did not like the new steering wheel, it does not look "performance" to me. way too many buttons, and i was not able to access the extended EVIC. i didnt like the gauge faces and controls on the dash. the underside was covered in salt and starting to corrode badly
so i got back in my Furious R/T and left.

you can still get amazing deals on a loaded '10 model

Yea, I am going to go with the Katzkin seat covers and work on swapping the rims.
This will be a far a more affordable option.

The cost swap is not worth it, and I would have to pay extra for automatic. On the 2010 the automatic was offered at no extra cost.
Also, DWB is not a color option for 2011.

I too, plan on keeping my car for a long time.
IMO, color is the most important. That's what you're looking at all the time that you own it.
