Hey guys,

I want to replace the stock air filter in my 392 with a hellcat paper filter.

Doing a little research, I found two options:

OEM Filter

or

MAHLE Filter

Does anyone know if there are any differences?

One is half the price of the other.

Mahle does make the filter for the HC. I bought my OEM HC element at my dealer for $22

I'm leary of Amazon at times, as they do substitute often, especially filters?????

I have used both with the last being the Mahle. There is no discernable difference. In fact, Mahle makes the OEM:

"MAHLE Official Air Filter Supplier for 707-hp Hellcat Engine

MAHLE Aftermarket Inc., Announces it is the Official Air Filter Supplier for Chrysler's 707-hp Hellcat Engine.

Farmington Hills, MI… March 17,2016–MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. officially announces that it is the OE air filter supplier for the Chrysler supercharged 707-hp Hellcat engine; the most powerful V8 engine sold to consumersby an American manufacturer for road use.The Hemi®Hellcat V8 engine, which uses MAHLE Original air filter part numberLX 3482, powers the Dodge Challenger SRT®Hellcat as well as theDodge Charger SRT® Hellcat"
