Anyone know it the hellcat lower air box will fit on a 2019 rt 5.7? I've seen on the forums where it has been done to the scatpacs. Would it cause problems with extra air coming in?

I have the hellcat top and bottom on my 16 challenger scatpack. I also have a custom tune. It may take some modifications but it should fit your 5.7.

YES, all lower challenger hellcat air boxes and transfer tubes (there are several versions) will fit all 2015 & newer challengers. Popular upgrade.
Genpartsco makes port screens to keep junk out. Some cars have the original front plug on the inboard headlight which is removed via 3 small push tabs on the inside, others have a cap on the back, twist off and secured by two tiny torx screws.
Hellcat upper lid will work as well, but needs major modification.

I put the Hellcat lower airbox and air tube on my 2018 SXT 3.6. Easy installation. I believe it is the same set up as your R/T 5.7. Any extra air is not a problem. If anything it makes the intake air temps cooler.

Installed the hellcat airbox and tube on my 2019 challenger RT and the intake tube is too short to go over the headlight hole. Does anyone know what longer tube will work with my application?

I just installed the hellcat lower air box in my 2018 5.7 RT.Used the stock top with a K&N filer. Installed AFE power tube 54-77203-S.Also installed a set of Headlight rings from Khaos Motorsports. The box went right in with no issues

Thanks! For the info!!
You won’t see any real HP gains, but it will help prevent heat soak. Once I start my SP rolling, even around 10mph, I’ll see at least a 10 degree intake temperature drop. Of course, the faster you go, the cooler it will get. I can’t possibly believe that cooler intake temps would harm the engine! IMO, for the money, I think it’s good deal. You could always pay several thousand and get 707hp!

The tubes are obviously different.
Maybe you can get a rubber coupling piece like this in a hardware store or in a shop that sells equipment for pools or garden ponds.

If anyone else runs into this problem this cupler works great.Upgr8 Universal 4-Ply High Performance 3.5" to 4" Straight Reducer Coupler Silicone Hose 89mm to 102mm + T Bolt Clamp (3.5"-4" Red) from amazon. Probably didn't need the clamp but put it on anyway.
