Hello Everyone,

I am pretty much desperate. Finished my Inertia Motors Camshaft swap last week and now I need to tune the vehicle in order to srtartup. I am using the intune I-100 from Diablo.

Diablo Sport support informed me that there has been a bug for the past 2-3 weeks that they are working on to fix. Apparently it is affecting communication/calibration with 2008-2009 Challengers close to my VIN number. WTF???

The problem is that my vehicle is now stuck here in Greece at the repair shop, where I performed the cam swap and I cannot move it. The mechanic needs his ramp on the other hand and I don't know what to do....

I am very frustrated at Diablo who should have informed me about the bug when they sold me the intune last week. I am 3,000 miles away in Greece and desperate to find a solution, or a way around this. I basically have no car for 3 weeks now and have no idea when I will get it to work again...

Any ideas guys? Any other way I can extract the ECU backup so I can tune in order to startup?

Are there any other tuners in the market that I could use to extract the backup file from the ECU without a problem?

Thank you so much for your help,

Nick

Hello Go Goody and thank you for your reply,

Do you mean that it is already stored before connecting it to my ECU?

The thing is that the intune cannot communicate with my ECU.

Is your car a six speed transmission?

If so, the Intune may have forced you to "upgrade" your car's ECU to a different CalID. If that's true, getting your car's original CAL ID reinstalled may be challenging. You might have to find an older Diablo Predator with crom file r23, this will allow you to downgrade your car's CalID back to the original.
