I installed a Hotchkis anti-sway bar front and rear on my R/T and now find at extreme cornering to the right I hear a slight popping sound like somethings hitting something. Any idea how to figure out whats wrong?

Just to make sure everything is right, I removed and reinstalle it to verify its installed properly. Everything is torqued to spec, and I took my time.

I do find with anti-sways, and strut brace the tires and sidewalls are the limiting factor for cornering. I feal the tires sidewalls being pulled.

Thanks. I replaced the end links with stronger ones that are welded steel so they dont flex, and dont use a ball joint.

I also had an accident which got the engine sub assy replaced, so now that my all seasons are reinstalled I will test again.

I agree thats great.

I think its comming from the rear, now that its warm enough I can do agressive driving and reproduce it. Thing is its hard to explane, what should I look for to be helpfull when I call?

Challenger370,
Find out if the sound changes (or appears) depending on taking left or right turns, during big bumps or small bumps, or if it seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Did you check the end link for the known washer issue?

The popping sound happens when Im in a hard right or left turn, only when doing F1 race manovers on the street does it happen, when normal driving no issues, but when taking a corner like it can now, or like you would in a vette / viper / exotic X sports car it then pushes the suspension and causes it to happen.

What warsher issue?

Within the next few weeks I will have the Hotchkiss anti sway front and rears with upgraded BWoody end bars on both front and back also...maybe will do the coilover also

I will report back on the feel and how this all worked out...

just another opinion on the setup at least

Thats the brand bwoody end links.

I was not prepared howuch of a difference the Hotchkis anti-swar bars help syspension, its night and day. I have corsa cat back high flow air filter, jba shorties, and a custome tune all good for about +30hp and 40 ft/lb torque at the rear wheels, and this pales in comparrison to what Hotchkis does to the car.

The stock end links are weak, the rears twist by hand, Bwoody is way overbuilt, 0 flex.

I do recommend adding a strut brace to the front, it finnishes the package.

Before installing it I recommend going out where there's no traffic, and swinging the wheel back and forth to lean the car and feel the boat rolling back and forth, then do the same after, its like being in a vette.

If you only did 2 mods to the car, get Hotchkis front sway and strut brace, and forget about what everyone else does with intake and exhaust. Truth is my 0-60 is slower now because I lack traction due to the ~+40 ft/lb torque.

Hotchkis anti sways, and strut brace impact the susenspion like a supercharger impacts performance, NO exaturation.
