:scratchhead:

Yea...so it took me alot longer than normal to put in my Hotchkiss front sway and the BWoody endlinks...I am def having the rear sways, links and coils done by a pro, but I wanted to break my cherry working at something other than changing oil.

1) The sway bar
It really only fits one way it seems...but its so close to the transmission housing (I think thats it) so I was wondering if there is any chance of it bending up and damaging that...I know that would be a butt load of stress to cause that, but hey...I ask anything without shame.

2) The end links...

First are they oriented right? Apparently there is a right and left side but no markings to designate. This configuration seemed more 'right' than if they were swapped to the other side.

Second...The washers...I am not 100% if they should be flush to both sides of the urethane or not-they are right now, but it doesnt seem quite right...take a peek at the pics to see...

All advice and help is very much appreciated...

Thanks!

Yes I have done this same install. The reaason your sway bar looks like it is against your tranny is because your front suspension is a full (droop). Whenyou put the car on the ground with the suspension becoming compressed you can see your sway bar spin in the bushings to were it should be located. Every bit 1-2 inches away from the tranny. One note make sure your sway bar links are tight, they will rattle if not. This add on makes the front very stiff, I like that way, some people think it is too stiff. Wait till you but the back sway on and add front and rear strut bars on. Talk about having a car on a rail!!!!!!! Good luck.
