My sister picked up a 2011 challenger and is looking to do some stuff to it, which I'm helping her out with. But was curious about your guys dealings with the dealership and warranty work after some mods have been done. Are they real sticklers or does it really just depend on the dealership? She's only looking at an exhaust so far so that really isn't an issue (at least it shouldn't be), but down the road I really don't want to have to fight them tooth and nail about some drop springs.

i think it really depends on what dealer you're working with.

in my experience it's been, if the modification is directly related to the failing then it won't be covered.

if you install a CAI and you're electric windows fail, you'll be fine. if you install a supercharger and crack a piston, you're outta luck.

starting off with mopar parts isn't a bad way to go, then you know you'll be covered.
