One of my exhaust tips has become crooked. Whats the easiest way to straighten it and how do I break the weld?

The clamp is tack welded on, but you don't have to break the weld to adjust the tip.
The cup ends tend to stick together and sometimes need a bit of persuasion to move.
Loosen the clamp enough that you can get a screwdriver or chisel under it from the front side, hook the lip of the cup and give it a tap with a hammer, should pop loose.
