Today I removed the suit case mufflers and installed a pair of Flowmaster 50 series. I also removed the resonators with straight 2.5 pipe using my same tips. It sounds very deep and throaty. I know I had to pull the cork out of her. Now she can take some breath. I can tell when MDS kicks in :icon_evil: other than that they sound very good. I am glad I installed them. I will turn off MDS when I get my Predator. I plan on installing a BBK 85mm Throttle Body, with a drop in K&N air filter with a 180 degree Jet Thermostat and a 91 octane Can Tune from the Diablo Predator. That should make some difference. Any other Mods without breaking the bank?

I own a 2010 R/T Classic automatic, Bright White Black R/T stripe.

I have the predator 91 tune and drop in KN. It seems to run a little stronger but I dont have access to dyno and have not run 1/4 at the local track yet.

Can you tell me please, front to back, the order in which the factory exhaust is set up. I have not been under my car yet, its an auto too. I am guessing #1 suitcase muffler, #2 cats, #3 resonators. Do both sides go through the suitcase looking muffler?

thanks

The exhaust is like this:

Auto: Manifolds - Cats - suitcase muffler (2in - 2 out) - resonators - tips
Man: Manifolds - Cats - bottle mufflers (one each pipe) - resonators - tips

The resonators are different comparing manual cars to auto cars.

Hope that helps.

Are you installing an H or X pipe in place of the resonator?
