CAR: 2016 Challenger SRT Hellcat
ISSUE: The dimmer switch that controls only the instrument panel lights and the lighted cupholders is for some unknown reason operating (but not dimming) the vehicle's interior lights. Conversely, the dimmer switch that controls only the interior lights is doing nothing at all. It's as if the wiring was switched between the two switches but that makes no sense at all. Anybody have any ideas?

One control affects the dimming of the IP cluster and will have two detents:
*IP cluster stays on bright (parade) setting - no dimming when headlights / parking lights turn on.
*2nd detent turns on interior lights (front map / rear seat area)

-there's no dimming of interior overhead lights - either on or off.

the second dimmer affects:
*footwell lights
*backlighting behind interior door release handle
