I bought mine from AutoVation Technologies, Inc.. The website doesn't show the Challenger, but they have them available. I have the black anodized with the grid pattern. I really like them.
These are not covers per say, you have to remove the stock rubber and then drill mounting holes in the underlying metal, but they look great.
