Can anyone take a picture of the inside of their catch can. I would greatly appreciate it. I want to build my own (either machined aluminum or carbon fiber) and I am just curious what the inside looks like. Thanks in advance.

When I built mine, I separated it with a baffle that was perforated. On the inlet side, there is a spiral condensate tube that is perforated on the side facing away from the baffle and goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle. The air/oil vapor has to travel in and down into the condensate tube, then up through stainless media, and though the holes in the baffle.

On the separate outlet side is open to help collect the oil. On the bottom is a single drain plug.

On the inlet hoses I have pyrex tubes to be able to see if any stuff is going into and or out of the can.

every oil change is about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of contaminated oil/water vapor...

Could you possibly post a photo of yours? I was going to put a filter in mine. Any thoughts on that? Thanks
