And every 10,000kms or 6 months intervals?
Am I reading this right? Does synthetic oil really extend the oil change intervals that much over conventional oil? I've never had a car with synthetic oil requirement, so i'm curious about this!!

These engines have a large oil sump (7 qts) so that helps extend oil intervals. 4qts was typical and some engines might have 5qt in some instances.

The oil life is computed by temperature, time, and operating conditions. I've seen oil changes typically in 5,500 mile ranges, but also as soon as 3,650 under summer mountain drive conditions.

the ranges you have are the max recommended intervals. Its not a synthetic oil interval only - same limits for conventional oil.

The SRT 6.1 / 6.4 only come with syn factory fill oil. 5.7 gets conventional oil.
