Luke, if some already has build shortblock (say 6.4 BGE). which one is more cost effective. Buy a hellcat head (new or used) vs (apache head). what are the timing parts that are interchangeable to both heads?
-$1700 worth of parts with Hellcat head + the price of 2650?
-$1000 for adapter plates with apache head + the $1700 extra parts and the price of 2650.

If someone has tvs 2300, is there any parts/accessories i can use from this unit to reduce price from the conversion or better to sell the whole kit?
yes and no, complicated answer, the 2650 will not bolt up to standard Apache cylinder heads, so one you need adapters or need HC heads,

long and short answer

2 choices, there is a vendor offering a kit to bolt on a HC supercharger to a standard 6.4, buy that kit

or you need HC heads, timing cover, oil pan windage tray and the pulley system, you can resuse the 2300 pump system, however would recommend upgrading the heat exchanger to a larger unit,

on Bigred we are using two heat exchanger, one is the OEM HC heat exchanger, we are also running two oil pumps and two fans, one pusher and one puller

remember we are road racing, hence keeping everything cool under extreme condition is a must.
