How hard are they install? Will they fit a 2010 w/6spd? Gaskets?
Honestly, they're a bit of a PITA to install, but they all are! I installed them on stands, and it wasn't too bad.
For fit: JBA 1964S-1 1-3/4" Shorty Stainless Steel Exhaust Header for Challenger 5.7L / 05-10 Charger/Magnum/300C
I dont' have the gaskets. Most people purchase the RT gaskets since they have the shields and are better gaskets.

Do you have the bolts and are they locking?
