Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site but i just had a question. I have a 2017 rt plus with super track pack and when I try to use launch control
it just does a burnout. isnt it supposed to hold the rams at the set marker? mine is set up at 1k. should i set it higher?
thanks for any responses.

Try about 1800, hold the brake firmly with left foot then right quickly on gas to floor. If you do it right it will be like in neutral to 1800, if it's wanting to spin the tires not doing it right.

How many miles do you have on the car? It doesn't activate till there's at least 500 I think. Also when you push the gas in you have to really mat it without hesitation. But yes it should hold the RPMs. I don't think mine goes below 2000.

A8 launch control rpms different than M6

A8 - 1500 to 3500 rpm

M6 - 2000 to 4500 rpm

From memory, I think the A8 defaults to 2000 rpm and can adjust in 100 rpm increments and the M6 default is 3500 with 250 increments.
