Have you been running your AC? It could be water from there, which is to be expected. Does the fluid have any smell? Color?

as RWL11 stated, A/C will purge excess underside after car is off. It will appear as a small puddle of water. If it has color or smell, then you need to investigate further.
as a general:
dark/light carmel brown=oil
dark red=transfluid (if auto)
watery green or purple = coolant.
