Finally got my American racing headers for my 6.4. So my question is, should I use their supplied gasket or oem mopar or cometic. And use any rtv on any of them? I know this is going to be a long day project so I really don't want to have to undo them for a leak. Headers will be getting ceramic coated and I have stage 8 header bolts with the lock clips. Thanks in advance.

Word on the street is use the OE Mopar gaskets.

Every vehicle I’ve ever replaced the headers on I always got a new set of oem. I would assume the same goes here.

Yup, I installed OEM gaskets as well.

OEM gaskets should last at least 60k miles. Can't say what the aftermarket does but OEMs generally have warranty concerns. Not the most scientific but that is my thinking

I say use the OEM's as well. If you haven't purchased them yet a cheap place to get the OEM ones are Rockauto. Usually comes quick and fairly good price compared to a dealer.
