Is it worth it to get long tubes while keeping the stock cats or would the stock cats pretty much bottle neck any gains I'd see?

Should long tubes and cats really be done at the same time? Or if I'm just going to do one right now would I be better off doing long tubes or cats?

Thanks in advance

True long tube headers will take up the space that the factory cats reside, which is why you either delete or use high flow cats.
