Ok all I have had an annoying loud bang under drivers side rear when hitting harsh bumps. Not sure if this had been discussed before being I'm new to this forum but I found the issue. The left side under axle exhaust pipe isn't solid like the right side, it is, held onto muffler by two spring bolts. I noticed I could turn the tail pipe, well that seems to be the issue. The resonator was hitting the under body. I put a couple washers under the springs on the flange mount, seems at the moment to have fixed the problem but will know more tonight when going to work. The nuts were fully tight so the washers put more presure from the spring on the flange.

You sure the exhaust straps are all installed properly? The rear resonator has 2 and there should be one just after the driver side coupler.
